VOGUK’s commercial headquarters and service centre were located in Aberdeen.
Main activities included:
Statutory accounts to UK GAAP standard and liaison with the auditors and closing meetings.
Full IFRS for Group accounts with monthly and quarterly reporting through Business Objects BI reporting. Forecasting update for M+1 and full year forecast updated on a quarterly basis.
Analysis of monthly actual with forecast results and full analysis of actual quarters results with forecast. Agree action with management team to recover adverse variances.
Detailed Balance Sheet and Cash Flow forecast updated monthly.
